When i try to get into sam i fill out the form properly but it wont let me in. how can i fix this?

Internet Explorer and when i go to the sam site and log in. it takes me to a page saying i have to put in my subjects. ive done this many times and still nothing happens it takes me back to the login page.

i've also tried to join sam and no matter how many times i try i still can't very frustrating !!!!

have filled form out and submitted but still no go. what do i do ????
