which may have some info for you.

But u should definitely try Australian Legal Information Institute (AustLII: http://austlii.edu.au/

It has some good info on past cases. (but youve probably already looked there)

Um- you could just find cases in your text book and then do some research on them???? Or look out for recent cases in the newspaper or something???
