hey wat would b da scaling b 4, eg math 2u, if i got like 65 raw mark but that was the highest in da state. would that be scaled magnificately (is der such word?)

I assume you're talking about your raw examination mark (which gets reported to you as your aligned exam mark).

If you were to receive the highest raw mark in the state, I suppose it would be scaled magnificently (that was the word you were looking for).

I doubt the highest raw exam mark in the state, for 2U Mathematics would be 65, but even using your example (hypothetical situation), it would also be dependent on your assessment ranking for Maths itself.

I'm not too sure with this though, sorry.

The top mark in the state almost always corresponds to a very high scaled mark.

so just say like sum1 gets like 30 but dats in the top 25% of da state, its gud scaling?

Uhh. Top 25% is a bit more variable.

There isn't really a hard and fast rule you can apply in that case. Depends on a number of other factors.
