scaling (1 Viewer)

i'm still a bit unsure about how this whole scaling process works and my teacher has told me that they've taken out the 'ranking' system out of the school a few yrs ago which i think is BS

but does anyone know what would happen if i were to be ranked 1st in 2 tests but ranked 3rd in the third test? would i still be ranked 1st? 2nd?

AND would the course scaling be screwed over if someone that came 10th came 1st in external hsc OR came 1st in one of the internals?
