no you misunderstood me Laz... yea they need to do well to raise the average scale mark for that course.
but normally the phrase "scaled up", used by many people who does not understand anything about how the marks are awarded, refers to the difference between the HSC aligned mark and UAC's scaled mark for that course.
so my way works in that situation.... since it will create a huge difference.
