how much would a raw 90 hsc mark scale to in chemistry?
what about an 85 in 4u maths?

90 in Chem would scale quite high (98-ish)

85 in 4U Maths would scale through the roof (100-ish)

These comments assume trends similar to past years, if tests are easier/ classes are smarteer than this changes ...

I reckon a raw 85/120 would give mid-90s (~95) in 2002 (because the person who topped ext2 was given 99 ... with most of the people in the top 10 given 98.)

As a percentage, 85% would probably be closer to 97.
