how do we combat this?? its only week 7 and im so done and no longer have any motivation to do schoolwork, assignments and homework ( im usually a slacker who aims for just passing grades). year 10 so far is the most effort ive put in ever during highschool to stay on top of things, finish things on time etc but i feel like its all piling up ykwim.

im open to any tips

i like to change how i study to spice things up a bit and it somewhat motivates me (but i still always get into periods where i just lack motivation)

this is dumb but I pretend im working a 9-5 but the workload is the emails I gotta reply to and shii and like if the adults can do it so can I (try before u deny fam trust me)
