i believe this is the right forum for this...

i cant find anywhere that says where TAFE is ranked (more specifically brookvale TAFE)

does it rank well? or poorly?

It would depends how the rank is determined. Because determining ranks by the amount of band 6's the institute achieved is extremely biased.

But either way, TAFE people (i.e. those who complete their entire HSC in TAFE) is quite the minority, since most people tend to take one or 2 subjects in TAFE only and the rest in their normal high school. So ranking them would be pretty hard..

would it be realistic to say that they are averagely scaled, as in not crazy like JR or SBHS but not crappy

do u think it is possible to get a 99+ UAI at TAFE?

No matter which school you go to they are not advantagely/disadvantagely scaled. The board of studies simply uses the marks they are given. They is no extra scaling for schools that perform well.

Yes it is possible to get 99+ at TAFE.

And remember if you can clean sweep 1st place in all your courses you are essentially immune to how poorly ranked a school may be. THen the only thing left to do is turn in a similar performance in the external exams.

ok thats good, im first in all my classess xept physics (i think im 2nd),

i was hearing all this shit about it being impossible to get an excellent UAI at TAFE so thats a relief
