Hi all,

Looking for some electives to do in my second year of a bachelor of science. Stuff that will be useful and interesting, but not excessively hard or requiring monumental time commitments. Obviously some effort will be needed and thats fine... I just want to be able to (a) live and (b) focus on my majors rather than electives

Doesn't necessarily need to be a science subject... but something useful for a science student would be preferred. Might take a WAM booster too at some point but thats not a big deal.

when you say electives you mean those random subjects like OLE’s you can do to use up credit points right

from memory, I did less 6 cp electives and more 2 cp instead

I did a few from the health challenges series like sleep (olet1510) and physical inactivity (olet1514) I thought they were fun and interesting and easy, you can save yourself the search and just do electives from the health challenges if you want bc they were actually good and there’s sm to choose from

I did olet2634 it was on gene editing, the work for this one was a bit more demanding but I liked it, olet1668 and olet1115 were easy af (known WAM boosters), I also did japanese 1 and 2 for vibes

I can’t remember any others I did those are a few hope that helps, you can go the language route that’s fun but yeah anything that piques ur interest should be easy to do well in
