1. A
2. C
3. A
4. B
5. A
6. C (was not sure if it was D, but I don't think SD is part of customary law?)
7. A (a guess, but it specified NSW criminal law so it cant be B)
8. B
9. C (I think I got this wrong)
10. D (was unsure, but I know unlawful dismissal is always a civil case)
11. C (was this supposed to be B - are we America now?)
12. I think I put C, but can not remember, may have been A
13. B
14. D
15. D

Some really fuckin open questions there.

Multiple choice was the worst part of the whole paper. So bad.

My first few answers were:
1-A
2-B
3-A
4-B
5-A

Surely that isn't right. I hate it when you get answers like that, or 3 D's in a row or something. I was really unsure about 5. Unsure about most of them actually. Eh.

Chemistry Friday.

it was together-

eg multiple choice questions asked bout human rights questions as well as law and society

short answer was human rights- "non legal measures to protect human rights" or something. and there was a bit of law and society- "two characterstic of a just law" or whatever it was, as well as a question on legal and moral rights. ( assuming that falls under human rights)

Multi choice answers

1. A
2. C
3. i went D but its A
4. B
5. A
6. I went D but it says customary law, so C
7. C, B and D arent in NSW, parliament follow a matter in criminal law? C fits best.
8. B, out of B and D, pretty sure its B
9. B - most correct
10. D - unfair dismissal is civil
11. B - out of B and C, B seems more right.
12. C
13. B - pretty sure, A and C are wrong, D is more about employment.
14. hard q, either A or C, i think i ended choosing C
15. A, treat everyone equally, seems appropriate to slavery.

I think i should be atleast 11/15?

i agree with most people here, the multiple choice was definistely the hardest part of the paper. I've had no problems with past years questions but there were so many with at least two correct answers. like what was with the contracts one (11 i think?). i got B which i think was correct, but i only knew it because i do consumer law, other than that i wouldve immediately assumed C.
crazy multiple choice.. evil board of studies
