We are a small web development business in the area, we are looking for a keen student that has knowledge in how the web works, dreamweaver, flash and other basic processes in this industry. We need someone to help in the back load of work that we currently have. All training will be provided for on the job and hours are flexible.

Only keen people with an interest in this type of work need to contact us.

maybe it is not my job to comment, but if you want your business to be taken seriously, especially with web design, wouldn't you want to hire more qualified candidates, than high school students or recent graduates?

i'll leave it at that

I'll consider your offer. However, I have a few conditions of my own.
Firstly, I'm very experienced in the areas of web design <img src="P'wned!">, and the basic web development programs such as dreamweaver, macro 8~, and others are a piece of piss 2 operate.

My conditions are as followed:

1) Pay rate will be hourly, and the amount per hour is no less then $37.40

2) Mobile phone allowance, in addition to laptop allowance which will be no less then $15.00 per day

3) Petrol allowance depending on the area of employment (For example, Parramatta would equiv to approx $26.50 per day)

4) If Linux distributions are involved within the companies web development procedure, a special* payment of $7.70 per week is what I require.

PM for other rates of pay I expect.

Thank you for your time,

End of summary.
