Share Accomodation - expressions of interest (1 Viewer)

Myself and my partner (so the two people who use this account) and a friend of ours are looking into share accomodation within reasonable cycling distance to the ANU.

Currently we are looking at a 3/4br costing an absolute max of $130pw each (if it were really good) but generally around the $100pw each mark. Under the $130 there would be a saving over being in a hall and between us utilities would be easily covered out of the savings and the housing market is much nicer than the pokey dinginess of some of the halls.

We would be interested in sharing with one more person, so if anyone's interested please reply / PM asap.
