Or should I mix it up with other subjects ?

Oh and should I do complete English past papers ? Or just sections and time myself ?

I honestly cannot cope with doing 2+ English past papers in one day ...

No. Don't do that. Ever.

Spend the day (or two days) before the English exam for just English but anything before that, spread it out between subjects.

Don't do it. Nailing English will mean nothing if you mess up your other subjects.

Invest your time so that you receive the best return on it.

I.e every unit up to ten will have the same impact on your ATAR, so you should study to perform best in them all.
