Ok my UAI was 83, but my first pref was B Commerce at Macq, but according to UTS i am eligible for bonus points.

Do u recommend me putting B Business at UTS first?

Put whichever one you would prefer more first. Whether you meet the cut-offs is secondary to which course you want.
