Please note that forum uses a different code for manipulating code - that is using the square brackets: [ ]. You can still use your normal html code - that is using the arrow bracket (I have no idea what they are called): < >.

So you should try using: the < > brackets:
<CENTER> Well, it works for me!</CENTER>
