Help im trying to compose my year 11 small business report and struggling to kick start it with a good struture of headings and sub heading if any one will assist me id be so so greatful!!

Hey i'm also a bit lost. Thanks for that great answer by the way. i checked out the business plan u attached..its jst a bit complex. i have two questions. First, i know that terminology is an important factor for teachers when marking..what are the most important terms to use? and second, in what 'person' do i talk in. for example can i say "we" or "i" or "they" or do i always have to state the company name in the business plan?
