going for a run at like 6pm, a girl triped over a dog, face-dived into a pole, and there was blood everywhere + SHE WAS CONVULSOING. i'm not joking it was fucked; had to call an ambulance so fucking scary.

when you see someone one the ground unconcious, you dont really have to opportunity to take a photo

yeah it was pretty scary, ive done a 1st aid course before but nothing prepares you for the real thing. when your heart starts beating at 200 times a minute and you have adrenaline surging its so hard to control yourself. took me like 30 seconds to just dial 000. ambulance got there pretty fast though
