Hey, we weren't able to finish the Ancient syllabus at school, so I'm attempting to complete the course at home. However, I'm struggling to find the society the least bit interesting. I am currently studying daily life of the Minoans, and am finding myself making notes on the sports/recreation, foods/diets, clothing of the Minoans without really caring about what im writing.

A similar thing occurred with Pompeii, whereas I remembered the key facts about the forum, religion, social structure... But I really didnt care for clothing, daily life or health of the Pompeiians.

At the moment, I could not answer an essay on the more boring sections of the course for either Pompeii or my society. Any tips on how to find this stuff interesting?
