Some worksheets teachers have given out to us in class have had all the Solvency Ratios scrambled up.

Can someone clearly define me these ratios:
1. Gearing Ratio
2. Debt - to - Equity Ratio
3. Debt - to Asset Ratio

im thinking this...... ?

1. Total Debt (Liabilities) / Total O.E
2. Total Debt (Liabilities / Total O.E
3. Total Debt (Liabilities)/ Total Assets

What the hell is the difference with gearing ratio and debt to equity ratio.

Someone help please i got a exam 8am tomorrow morning and know everything but this!!!!!
