Surds question:
Simplify the following by rationalising the denominator:
2/√x+1 + √x-1
sorry couldn't really type it that well basically 2 divided by the square root of x+1 plus the square root of x-1. the square root sign applies to all of the x+ 1 so like x+1 all inside a square root sign and also x-1 all inside a square root sign
if someone could help me do this step by step it would be greatly appreciated! thanks
