bummed out, wont be able to get into NatRes even if i prostrate myself at the Devil's feet and ask really nicely. Whats the B Science course like? (In relation to geology/earth/environmental sciences) [I've also been told many times i can try and change after 6 months or so, whatever]

oh for sure, why dont i do teaching too? I got early entry to the Science course anyway, so i may as well give it a burl...

in 1st year science you'll do bio (x2), chem (x2), maths, stat and then 2 other subjects, like biophysics etc. in 1st year nat res you do bio (x2), chem, maths, stat, biophys and rsnr x2 (rural science/nat res subject)

bio is pretty good, maths is just like yr 12 2U, stat is a bit more challenging and chem is also pretty challenging...
but most of those subjects you need for Nat Res anyways - and you'll be able to transfer after a year and probably not have to do any 1st year subjects (maybe 1 or 2)... the only subject that won't count for nat res is chem 120 (second semester chem in B Sci)
