I've downloaded all the old HSC papers and 2004/2001 'specimen' papers off BoardOfStudies and was just wondering if anybody had any past papers or sample HSC questions they could post up.

Ive read the threads below and realise that there are copyright laws etc. with posting some stuff up, so um.... yeah avoid that.

Cheers.

please dont post links to copyrighted material....esp. when you acknowledge the "dont post up copyrighted suff" in your initial post

IMHO...the past papers off teh Board should be enough for you, esp 2001 onwards

what exactly are the rules regarding copyright etc.
I thought there was just a one month security period with the CSSA papers.

Yes, there is a one month security period (ie you can give students their papers back after one month after sitting the exams) but the security period has NOTHING to do with copyright.

CSSA papers are not allowed to be stored or transferred by electronic means and any breaches of said rule will by followed up by the CSSA (ie take down orders and/or legal action)

Besides the fact that the papers are purchased by the school and students have no legal right to scan and post them on the net as technically they are the "purchased property" of the school and not the individual student (who didnt pay for them!)

Same goes for the Independant papers

Hope this answers your question

Any papers/links to/requests for CSSA/indie papers found on BoS should be deleted by the relevant mod...any mod who doesnt do it could be causing problems for the owners of the site and isnt doing their job properly as per the letter of the copyright laws as found in NSW and Australia
