Look for any driver CDs for your sound card that came with your computer when you purchased it. If you know what sound card you have, you can download the drivers from the manufacturers website.

How does knowing what speakers you have help with finding sound card drivers?

well its useless downloadind random drivers and I doubt this person knows they have a sound card let alone wat type it is... What I'd do is shove the mother board disc in and hopefully it detects :\

The more important question is actually what sound card you have.

What laptop do you have? You can most probably go to the manufacturer's website and download it from there.

We don't know what laptop you have, so we have no way of knowing what drivers are right for you. If those are the ones that you found matching your laptop's model then they should be it.
