i think im gonna have to go in and talk to the coordinator......
coz the funeral is on friday i might gonna have to miss the maths exam.... and bcoz im failing it coz of my midterm i gonna try and c if i can talk to him deferring the subject to next yr so i dont have to pay for it.... im gonna chnage my degree to mathematics

Don't speak to your head of department, go see the head of the department u want to transfer to, they hold the ultimate power, they get to say whether they'll let you in or not. No point in going to see the comp sci head, they won't tell you crap cos you want to leave from their dept.

And for special consideration you need to fill in some forms and take them to admin. When in doubt, goto the admin student enquiries counter and ask them. If they don't yell and scream at you, they'll help you. Chicks with pms running the student enquiries desk, i tell ya, its enough for ya to tell them to go buy some panadol and deal with it.
