what kind of things can you apply for to be elgible for special provisions?
eg depression?someone close to you just recently died?

do you need parental consent even if you can provide sufficent evidence from a counsellor or gp?

From memory you can apply if there is a medical condition present that has had a significant impact on your study, if there had been a death or family break-up.

You should have gotton a booklet from the Board of Studies all about the SC (We got a similar one for HSC as well), all the info is in there.
