Who has had their car sprayed a colour, or resprayed?
roughly how much am i looking at spending?
it is variable per car brand etc..

Brand will not vary price.

Variables are:

-Type and colour of paint (more for clear-coats, metallics, variable colour and custom paints)
-Size of the car (more petal means more time and mpre paint)
-Whether/how much the oem paint is stripped back.
-Whether you cut costs by helping with prep work yourself
-The labour charge at a shop (dictated by how good they are, how good their equip is, how much rent they pay and how much they can get away with).

At a guestimate I would expect upwards of $5K.

I find people are generally shocked when they find out how expensive it is.

They're too used to paying $100 for a respray at the local 'pan 'n' spary' in GTA...
