Unless, of course, somebody can tell me the Band 6 mark required for a 100% scaled mark?

I doubt 92, 94 or even 96 will scale to 100 for IPT.

I could be wrong though...
1st place, Band 6, (say 95%) assuming the average is 50%?

You're doubling the average almost, so I guess 100 doesn't seem impossible?
