Was it Carmen Electra's video 'Fit to Strip'? I saw an ad for that and dismissed it as a practical joke.

well, I did a class and was sold. and yes, now I have the carmen electra series
it is like pilates/dance but suggestively, but the carmen electra thing is pretty crap, she just dances around like a skank

looks like fun. but i doubt i'd ever go, too embarrassing! i think i'd rather learn ballroom dancing though, the really fast paced ones

i reeeeeally want to do it, ive heard pole dancing classes are EXCELLENT for toning as well, but none of my friends would do it

its so much fun, the lap dance is relly hot! serioulsy you can learn so much

For the person who said they wanted to do ballroom dancing, it's really good for you if you do it a fair bit i.e 3-4 times a week.

my friends and i all chipped in to buy the dvds and so we do them all together at someones house, unfortunately other people are usually home but. at the moment it is our social event of choice, we even stayed in on fri/sat night to do carmen electra stripping aerobics instead of going out
