need help 4 chem we hve 2 make a model showing
hydrochloric acid and acetic acid any help with how they will look
please help
HCl ionises completely so the model will only show H+ and Cl-.
CH3COOH only achieves 4% ionisation. For every 24 molecules of CH3COOH there will be 1 H+ and 1 CH3COO-.

um....in the conquering textbook it said

"there are no degrees of strongness for strong acids"

which means u can't compare the strongness of HCK and H2SO4, they both strong and they both fully ionised.

but u can said H2SO4 has lower pH and has a greater H+ concentration as it is diprotic (pH = concentrtions, not strongeness)
