Struggling to study for English and essay writing. Any tips to analyse texts and write efficiently? (1 Viewer)

In year 10 right now and moving to year 11 next year. Doing English standard

Right now my current problems I need to fix in English are:

1. Interest
2. Essay/paragraph structure
3. Writing speed
4. analysis

I'm going to year 11 so I need to fix as much of these problems as quick as possible. I've got 6 weeks of holidays between year 10 and year 11. I genuinely despise studying for English and it's the one subject I find boring. I struggle with structuring of paragraphs and essays and often find myself being unable to finish writing essays in the allocated time. I just struggle with fully completing exams in allocated time in general. Thanks in advance for all and any tips
My goal by the end of year 11 for English is write 26-28 words per minute (around 1050-1100 words every 40 minutes). Actually get interested in writing and English as a subject. Consistently get 90%+ from my current 62% and get ranked in the top 5 of my grade
