For some reason my student email cant open emails without subject headings. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Like the thing opens but it is totally blank, but when I open it at uni there is text in the email

I think its a problem a lot of people have. Even my lecturers have said the same.

Try and use the email forwarding option. It means your email is redirected into your other email account and you can open it there.

How do I set that? Is that the "Redirect my 'UWS Student Emails' to:" option and you tick "Keep local copy"

There is a POP3 option where you import your other email into your UWS account. There is also an option to redirect your UWS email to that account. Can't remember exactly how that is done. I think its under User Preferences.

I think once they are checked or studentmail is opened, the emails there will not be redirected.
