hi 25ers!!!

so since i have adhd i like to use study timer apps to track my progress, i like the feeling of having completed a time block and being able to see how much time i've spent on a subject (does that make sense?)

anyway, i've been loving flora/green focus but they recently changed their app format and has made it less appealing for my dumb little brain to stay focused.

any tips/suggestions? with trials right around the corner i need to lock tf in

subject categories (bonus points for colour coding), i like the 'grow a plant while you study' concept but feel guilty when i get distracted and it dies, making it user friendly?? the new version of the app is so confusing since i'm so used to the old one

colors could do with better orgranisation but its quite customisable
tho it doesnt have grow a garden vibes (roblox reference) ypt is goated

guys if u were to use something like forest and ypt combined would u like something else rather than growing trees. Cause for my app I was thinking of making this thing where the more tasks u complete and the more time u spend focused u can get coins which u can spend on things. I was thinking maybe something like homescapes but do you guys having any other suggestions

well yes i like the idea but when currency is introduced it makes faking tasks more rewarding for ppl

idk what flora actually looks like so I can't say but idk growing a garden, maybe the currency you get would help you buy like more types of plants you could use to continue the study garden (each plant is a study session/subject idk)

flora updated their app (idk when coz the last time i properly used it was like last year) where for every minute u study u get one "bit" which is basically currency and u use that to unlock flowers and travel around the world (before u didnt get this currency and u could grow flowers just by studying like 20 mins)

i def prefer the old version tho
