In Year 12 there are various resources (notes, past papers, etc) for a student to use and basically relies on these until the end, how about for uni? Are there like notes or something? Or just textbooks? What does person rely on in uni to get good marks?

Depends on the person and the subject. Some subjects offer lecture notes which you can study, others don't, and some give you past papers, while others don't.

It's totally up to whatever you feel comfortable with. University study is much more independent than it is at school, so the onus really is on you to take responsibility for your own learning.
