Stupid question when generating a report (1 Viewer)

So, letter head, does it have to be on top of the page... or can it be like how i did it, putting it at the bottom of the page (really fussy about how things look )

u mean the address details and phone/fax etc ??
Name at top ... address etc at bottom
or
Name address at top
either is OK
