Tomorrow is my parent teacher interview night, and I wont' be attending because of my TAFE course. I studied more than 10 hours for each of my subjects and passed only in English Advanced (which left me extremely pissed off considering how much work I put)I know I'm going to get absolutely demolished by my parents once they learn about my results, and I come from an Indian background where my parents are expecting at least 95+ ATAR. I'd also want to achieve this but I'm not sure if I have the capability to do so. How can I overcome what I like to call the "Subcontinental Standard" and make my parents and myself proud. (In year 11 by the way)
