rn im in year 11 doing math ext 1, eng adv, bio, chem, jap, eco but rn im thinking about changing eco to physics because i dont personally find it interesting and its hard to focus on my teacher explaining. the thing is idk if the workload with the triple sciences is worth it. last year my marks for commerce were decent and i did very well on the yearly also ive always done pretty well in science. any opinions?

at my school at least physics isnt that content heavy and more focused on skills and pracs and stuff, + the sciences all complement each other with the similar skills required so the workload shouldnt be too bad? although imo yr 11 physics especially mod 1 and 2 is pretty stale and it only gets interesting in yr 12, but if u think youd enjoy phys more its very worth considering

at my schools most of the classes are already done w at least 2 chapters of module 1 (so depending on the subject - eg bio is halfway thro module 1) so if u think ur able to catch up w the workload sure why not

Yh ik crazy but like module 1 bio is diving into 2 categories (as written in the syllabus) and we’re done nearly done w ‘cell structure and technologies’
i think the reason we’re going too fast is bc we have a test in week 9 for module 1
