I'm just writing up notes on the syllabus dot points and I was wondering if anyone knew the difference between these two dot points from production of materials:

describe how transuranic elements are produced
describe how commercial radioisotopes are produced

Aren't they made the same way, ie. with nuclear reactors and particle accelerators?

you go a little bit more indepth with commercial radioisotopes, for example, Mb isotope is made that lasts 66hrs before it decays into the desired radioisotope being Tc-99m, that way it gives more room too use it
