Tafe or Traineeship? (1 Viewer)

I started Advanced Diploma in Computer Systems Engineering in July this year (at a Tafe in Melbourne). Eventually I dropped 1 module as I found the workload too much (I intend to redo it), and I'm falling behind in a couple more due to absences (because I've just moved house). I will have to redo all failed modules next semester. However, I found advertisement for an IT Traineeship position, undertaking a Certificate III and working full time. I'm not sure if I should do this or stick with my Advanced Diploma, but I could really REALLY use the money. What do you reckon? Also, the ad says, "Applicants with a Certificate III or above need not apply unless completed as part of VET or VCAL." - I'm not quite sure what this means. Apart from the Advanced Diploma I started this year, I did start Certificate III in Year 12 this year, which I didn't complete. Thanks for your help!!
