Taking Along Resumes (1 Viewer)

If the interviewer sends you an e-mail telling you to "please bring yourself and your personality to the above venue between 10am & 1pm for a brief interview to be considered for a position", would you bring a copy of your resume along with you?

I usually do, but they haven't said anything about it this time.

Yeah, as it'll help the employer to see if you're suitable for the job, as well as differentiating you from others.

then again, they might NOT look at it. Some companies only use a resume as a starting point to gather suitable employees, from then on its based on the interview. Especially if they're hiring in mass

but yeah, take one just in case.
