Do we have to choose our TAS preferences for Session 2 as well?

but they generally dont inform you when it opens so once uve finished session one check every couple of days and get in early!

TAS Sucks, should be first in first out, I don't like this "give preferences" junk.

And for semester 2, have to wait until it opens, which is near the end of Semester 1, again a stupid system.

For 2 subjects,
if BOTH my 1st pref. is at 9AM, is it possible to get both, and have a clash ?
OR would they automatically take the next pref. (assuming class isnt full)

They won't clash you, they'll just give you another preference.

Either way, you can change the times you've been given during week 1
