hey all
ill be class of 05 and i got my first modern history assessment task.
it is a single question:
"What attempts were made to achieve a lasting peace in europe between the years 1918-1922?

In your research, you are required to include the following issues:
- the stockholm peace conference
- the papal peace note
- president wilson's fourteen points
- the paris peace conference
- the treaty of versailles
- the league of nations"

this assessment task should be done in an essay form right?
also, what will be the base for answering the question if it's not any of the above points?
sorry if im not making sense, im pretty tired :(
thanks

Umm well after the horrors of ww1 there were attempts to make peace to avoid war again -> League of nations, is effective in some ways (did solve a few minor things) but on the whole wasent that effective cause ww2 happened.

What are you exactley asking??

i asked the teacher "do i use these points to answer the question, and thats it?"
he goes "no. you answer the question and go into a little bit of detail of each of the points" or something like that.
what he was basically saying was the answer isn't based on any of the points or the points alone.
i don't know waht the answer of the question should be if it can't be any of the points
thanks
