hey.. im in adv english and atm were studyin "TESS OF THE D'URBERVILLES' we have an assess 4 english which id appreciate if any1 can help... we have to choose a theme from the novel and trace the developments of the theme and we have to illustrate them using 1 or 2 characters..... i noe we can do like women in society, love...but any ideas on how i can present it? like it needs to be a collage or a poster.... ( other ideas will be good too,)

You could also refer to the industrial revolution (read sparknotes or one of them study guides). I did this book last year (and it was torture) and i recall making a poster. I think i drew out the history of the industrial revolution and then related which parts impacted the story in what way. I got 23/25- industrial revolution is a bit ambigous though. I suggest doing themes on society pressure and attitudes towards women and men.
