Currently my school uses Biology in Focus for the new syllabus. I have found no problems with it so far and it provides detailed, yet simple explanations for new concepts and provides a lot of visual aid (diagrams, tables, etc.). It's good for explaining new concepts, I guess. But you can never go wrong with other reputable textbooks such as ones from Cambridge (or really from any other reputable publisher).
However, since my school chose Biology in Focus, I believe that textbook runs parallel with the with new syllabus the most. So I recommend Biology in Focus while other textbooks can be used as a 'backup' or for extension.
Also, ask your teacher. There's nothing wrong with getting firsthand opinions from your Bio teacher from your own school. They are more qualified than me to recommend different textbooks.
