I have got a NelsonNet eBook which I need to download to PDF. Is there any way to do this? I can't seem to download it from the NelsonNet eBook reader, and I can't download it on the offline reader either.

Alternatively, does anyone have a PDF version of the Maths in Focus year 11 Extension 1 textbook?
