It seems like a good idea when you first think of it (I had the same idea last year) but this particular song doesn't really allow you to analyse to the same extent you would with your average novel or poem - we had a lot of people in my grade who did poorly on the first journeys assessment because they picked a text that was related generally to the idea of the journey, or imaginative journey, but didn't actually say anything about it. I would only do this if you discuss it with your teacher and they see a particularly relevant link with your core text.
It's a nice additional throwaway reference if you're discussing a fantasy text, however, if you're looking to show a breadth of investigation and understanding.
