The Evil Blue Bar (1 Viewer)

Whenever I open up the internet explorer, a blue spyware bar appears just above the start bar. And the X to close it does not work! I know what it is, a lop virus thingy, but I cant get rid of it T also gives me spyware all the time and its SOOO ANNOYING!

Does anyone else have this problem? I think it came from plus, case i think i insalled the "sponcor" hich sucks

I have a blue toolbar appearing above the start menu as well. Is it a blue search toolbar you're referring to? Does it have options to search the internet like a search engine?
