To my surprise it's quite a decent movie. I was thinking a movie with the plot revolving around a university geek having a porn starlet move nextdoor to him and them falling in love would end up being american pie style comedy, but rather it becomes a decent movie with content, a few twists and ends up having some substance.

I'll be buying it when it comes out on DVD.
