When questions ask, for example, 'assess the role of the Australian legal system in...' what exactly is this "legal system"?

Is it, as I suspect, the combined judiciary, executive and legislature? Or does it only refer to one? Or more than that?

Yes, I know this is a stupid question...I'm looking for a stupid answer.

yeh I think it includes all three, police etc...The Executive, Judiciary and Legislature are all concerned with the law...but you should ask ur teacher or the advice line
