a guy from my uni is racing in the paralympics!! he was also in an exhibition race at the regular olympics and my uni opened the bar up to let everyone watch it on the big screen at 5am.. he came 5th- a great effort but i cant wait to see what he achieves in the actual events! Oh! and his name is Kurt Fearnley! look out for him in the 1500m mens wheelchair race

i saw the paralympics in sydney

i couldn't be fucked spending millions of bucks to catch an actual olympic event so when i found out you could pay $14 and go to as many paralympic events in a day as you wanted i said 'well slap my ass and call me retarded'
