do we make reference to the case study in question 3 or 4 or both?

how many case studies should we refer to?

how much of the case study should we incorporate into the report/extended writing?

the question will say. read the rubric where it says "you will be assessed on your use of case studies" or in the actual question itll say "use case studies to illustrate you answer." usually, section3 has no case studies and section 4 has case studies. but anything can happen this yuear.

Refer to as many as neccessary when answering the question. I would recommend knowing one case study for each core topic, and if possible one that covers all core topics.

What do you mean by how much of the case study should you include? The information you provide will obviously depend on the question in the exam, but as a general rule, you should refer to the case study whenever possible.
